2010 Steelers 13 at Ravens 10 SNF

Upgade! The hardest-hitting rivalry in football lives up to its name in a thriller. Roethlisberger, already wearing an oversized boot to protect a broken foot, suffers a gruesome-looking broken nose on Pittsburgh's opening drive when Haloti Ngata's hand gets through Ben's face mask, staining his jersey with blood and forcing trainers to try to bend his badly misshapen nose back into place.

Late in the 4th quarter, the Ravens lead 10-6 and have a chance to run out the clock. But on 2nd-and-5 from the Ravens 43 with 3:22 left, Flacco drops to pass and Troy Polamalu comes unblocked off the left side and blindsides Flacco, raking the ball from his grasp. LaMarr Woodley collects the fumble and returns it 19 yds to the Ravens 9.

On 1st down, Ben somehow wrestles himself away from Suggs to throw one of the most amazing incompletions you will ever see to avoid a certain sack. After another incompletion, Roethlisberger again drops to pass from an empty set with Isaac Redman in the slot. Redman snags a quick slant, breaks away from a would-be tackle and spins into the end zone with 2:51 left.

The Ravens have a chance to force OT in the final minute but decide to go for it on 4th and 2 from the 31 rather than trying a long FG into the wind. Flacco's 4th-down pass is low and incomplete with 37 seconds left. The win puts the Steelers a game ahead of Baltimore in the AFC North and gives them the inside track on a 1st-round bye.
